What is the standard return policy for parts and accessories?

The customer must inform us within 7 days of receiving their order to be eligible for a refund. We must be notified within 7 days of receiving an order regarding damaged/missing parts or lost packages. Refund eligibility will depend on whether the parts meet our return guidelines. Are all parts and accessories returnable?

All controlled parts, fluids, chemicals, bare engine assemblies, some tools, some printed materials, merchandising aids, and special order parts are non-returnable. Controlled parts are those requiring the manufacturer to track the vehicles on which the parts are installed. Controlled parts include: emission labels, air bags, seat belts. Return and refund

What address should I send my return to?

We will provide you the address to return at the time of processing.

How long does it take to process and issue a refund on a return once I send the part(s) back?

It generally takes 2 -3 days for a refund to be processed and authorized. The approval, or refusal, will be communicated to you immediately.

How long will it take before a refund actually appears on my credit/debit card?

It generally takes up to 5 business days to complete the return and process for credit. Once the return is completed, please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. A credit memo may also be emailed to you with the amount refunded to your account.

If the returned part does not meet the return policy, what happens next?

If a returned part is not eligible for a refund, we will notify the customer immediately by email.
