If a case any of our mechanics paid directly, for any service rendered or if the mechanic performs unauthorized jobs, our warranty will not apply, only repairs authorized by chassis.ng are covered by our warranty.
If you booked a repair order where we did not perform the diagnostic, only the defect in the replacement is covered by our warranty (for example, if you ordered replacement of a kick-starter because your car was not starting, even if the car does not start after replacing the kick-starter, our warranty will not cover why your car is not starting).
In any case where a mechanic performs a service and you have reason to believe the service(s) caused other problems, the warranty would be regarded as void if another mechanic not with chassis.ng inspects or work on the vehicle. If chassis.ng sends a mechanic to inspect the vehicle, and the inspection shows that the problem was caused by the previous service, then the mechanic will fix it for you at little or no cost. If the problem was from other reasons, then you would be billed for the inspection and/or for any further service provided.
